  Security screening is handled by the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA). Visit the CATSA website for tips to make the screening process stress-free.

• Customs

  Canada Border Services Agency is located on-site for processing passengers. Visit the CBSA Penticton webpage for a list of services provided. Ph: 250-770-4464

  Hours of service are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

  • Travellers should check if they are eligible to enter Canada and meet all entry requirements before heading to the airport.
  • Regardless of how long they were away, all travellers continue to be required to submit their mandatory information via ArriveCAN (free mobile app or website), including proof of vaccination prior to their scheduled flight.
