Cascadia Air announces new flights between Penticton and Vancouver

Cascadia Air's arrival in Penticton

Cascadia Air has launched a new commuter airline service providing direct flights  to and from Penticton Airport and Vancouver International Airport’s South Terminal.

In addition, the airline provides commuter/charter/seasonal routes to multiple locations throughout Vancouver Island, the Fraser Valley and the Okanagan (see the map below). Corporate charters and commuter air-taxi services are also available.

This announcement is welcome news to the City of Penticton and its Economic Development department, which has been focusing its efforts on supporting the airport and the economic benefits it provides. This additional service will create even more opportunities for air travellers to travel to and from YYF.

"Our residents and visitors love the convenience of flying direct to Penticton and our business community relies on it," said City of Penticton Mayor John Vassilaki. "The City has made promoting the airport a priority for our economic development and it is great to see the services not only return to normal but expand. We are thrilled that Cascadia Air is increasing the options available to travelers and Council wishes them great success with their new service to our community."
