YYF Travellers

Pacific Coastal Airlines is increasing its services between Penticton Airport and Vancouver International Airport to meet summer demand.

Starting June 23, the airline will fly between YYF and YVR South Terminal up to three times daily. They have also recently upsized to the largest aircraft, the SAAB 340B, which seats 34 passengers.

The extra flight has been added on Sundays, Mondays and Fridays, which arrive in Penticton at 12:47 p.m. and depart at 1:20 p.m. They have also added a third flight every second Wednesday (July 3, 17, 31, Aug. 14 and Aug. 28).

This news comes just weeks after Pacific Coastal announced it would be expanding its services starting April 27 to provide twice-daily flights between the two airports.
