WestJet has announced a new service between Penticton and Vancouver, which will include six weekly flights beginning February 2023. 
Unfortunately, the Canadian Forces Snowbirds have cancelled their aerobatic performance as well as their  static display and meet-and-greet at YYF Penticton Airport. This follows a recent incident at Fort St John.
While proof of vaccination is no longer required to board a flight in Canada, face masks are still required for the entire journey, except periods while eating, drinking, or taking oral medication, or unless otherwise exempt.
